Wow Roofing is growing fast, and we're looking for driven, people-first individuals ready to build a career - not just take a job. As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our roofing solutions, working in-person in assigned neighborhoods to spark conversations, build trust, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

This role is perfect for someone competitive, coachable, and hungry to control their own income. Top performers on our team don't just hit their numbers - they build the skills that open doors to sales, leadership, and management roles down the line.

Uncapped earning potential - Hourly base of $20.00 an hour plus commission on every qualified lead

What You'll Do

Engage homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and spark genuine conversations about their roofing needs
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to our sales team
Build relationships and represent the Wow Roofing brand with professionalism and energy

$20 - $22.50 an hour
