People like you!**Job Description****Role:** Maintenance Planner / Scheduler**Job Summary**We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Maintenance Planner / Scheduler** to coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant. This role will use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure that all maintenance work is effectively planned, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption to operations.**Job Responsibilities*** Plan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency maintenance activities* Coordinate required resources including labor, tools, and parts for efficient job execution* Develop weekly and outage work scopes for hourly maintenance personnel* Maintain and build equipment records, bill of materials, and asset data in CMMS* Create, schedule, and close out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in CMMS* Continuously improve and adjust PM programs to maximize equipment uptime* Track and manage spare parts inventory and equipment documentation**Qualifications*** Associate degree in a technical field preferred* Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing setting* Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred* Mechanical design experience is a plus* Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)* Strong computer skills and attention to detail* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong organizational and planning abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks* This is a safety sensitive position.**Benefits of Employment:** IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
