Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM; no weekends
Pay Type: Guaranteed salary of $1,200 per week for up to the first 60 days, then 100% commission

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a busy independent repair shop in Orlando, FL. This role requires someone who can confidently multitask , stay organized in a high-volume environment , and manage multiple customers, repair orders, follow-ups, and workflow priorities at once. Recent hands-on Tekmetric experience , strong computer literacy , and comfort working in digital systems are important for success in this position. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously from check-in through completion and follow-up.
• Prioritize competing tasks, customer communications, service approvals, and workflow needs in a busy shop environment.
• Use Tekmetric and digital inspection tools throughout the day to manage repair orders, estimates, customer communication, and workflow.
• Present estimates, service recommendations, and repair updates clearly and professionally.
• Proactively follow up with customers, track outstanding decisions, and secure service approvals.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and parts staff while keeping customer needs and repair progress organized.
• Maintain accurate digital records and stay on top of changing priorities without losing follow-through.
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals while providing responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Recent hands-on Tekmetric experience and the ability to confidently navigate the system as part of daily workflow.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working across digital shop-management, communication, and inspection tools.
• Proven ability to multitask , prioritize, and stay organized while managing multiple customers and repair orders at the same time.
• Experience in a high-volume automotive repair environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative; ShopFix familiarity is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $1,200/week for up to the first 60 days during onboarding.
• After onboarding, 100% commission: 9% personal gross profit plus 1% shared on team gross profit.
• Additional 1% shared on team gross profit bonus opportunity when all advisors meet KPIs.
• Estimated earnings of approximately $85,000+/year; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
