Area Business Development Director

Encompass Health is seeking an Area Business Development Director to lead regional growth across our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. In this role, you will develop and execute market strategies, expand referral networks, and build key relationships with physicians, hospitals, and post-acute providers. You will analyze market trends, manage territory and account plans, mentor local marketing teams, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive census, service line growth, and brand awareness while upholding Encompass Health’s patient-centered, integrity-driven culture.
