\n \nAs a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Coordinator , you will lead daily laboratory operations while ensuring high-quality diagnostic services, regulatory compliance, and team development.
\n \nKey responsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Coordinating and leading daily laboratory operations, including scheduling and supervisory responsibilities \n
- Prioritizing, delegating, and overseeing all phases of the laboratory process \n
- Ensuring adherence to all laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards \n
- Overseeing quality assurance and quality management programs and addressing process deviations \n
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and system-wide requirements, including proficiency testing \n
- Leading staff education, training, and competency validation \n
- Serving as a mentor, trainer, and resource for laboratory team members \n
- Assisting with data collection and monitoring to support laboratory performance goals \n
- Supporting operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of a manager or supervisor \n
Education
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science OR a related Clinical Science field \n
Experience
\n- \n
- 4 Years of Clinical laboratory experience \n
Licensure / Certification
\n- \n
- State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License \n
