Butcher

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience cutting and preparing meat, takes pride in quality and cleanliness, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meats
• Portion and package products according to specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Inspect meat for quality and freshness
• Operate and maintain knives, grinders, slicers, and other equipment safely
• Assist with inventory and stock rotation
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers when needed
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
