What You'll Do
As the SCADA Engineering Lead, you will own and evolve the SCADA function supporting short-term power trading and asset dispatch. You'll guide a high-performing team while designing and delivering robust, secure, and scalable systems that connect trading platforms with a diverse fleet of energy assets.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a specialized SCADA engineering team
• Drive implementation and optimization of asset dispatch and generation management systems
• Architect and oversee integration between industrial systems and trading platforms
• Enable real-time visibility through advanced dashboards, alerts, and operational tools
• Ensure secure connectivity and compliance with industry cybersecurity standards
• Partner with trading, infrastructure, and global teams to align strategy and execution
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new energy assets across multiple markets
• Act as the technical authority on SCADA, AGC systems, and asset connectivity
