Assistant Property Manager

XL Real Property Management is a luxury property management company that focuses on serving the needs of investors in the New York City real estate market. The Inspections Manager will be responsible for the following: Conduct pre move, post move out, and final move out inspections for tenants vacating apartments within our portfolio Prepare reports noting apartment condition to be reviewed by property manager and owner(s) Make recommendations for apartment improvements once the tenant vacates Review work done by contractors to ensure quality is acceptable Work with property management team to ensure timely delivery of apartments to new tenants Participate in weekly team meetings to review turns and work orders Qualifications 1-3 years of property management experience Ability to work independently, collaborate as a team and effectively manage multiple tasks. Bachelor's degree (BA or B.S.) or equivalent experience in Property Management. Effective client service, professional presentation, communication (verbal and written), active listening, judgement, organizational and time-management skills. High level of interpersonal skills and maturity to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management software and property management software Experience with AppFolio and Monday.com preferred.
