Role Purpose Statement Administrative position with responsibility for monitoring driver SOP and working with the department to ensure compliance in addition to maintaining & monitoring employee safety. Main Accountabilities Responsible for SOP training for all new drivers and re‑training of drivers Responsible for updating and maintaining all driver files Processing of all Port Authority/Customs identifications Ensure all State inspections, registrations and Insurance ID’s for trucks are current Responsible for ensuring all drivers adhere to A-1 Inspection procedures Assist the Ramp Safety Supervisor as needed and perform other clerical duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years’ safety/ramp experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and other computer applications Ability to work with minimum supervision Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish) SkyChefs is an EEO and affirmative action employer of women/minorities/veterans/individuals with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Skychefs
