What you'll actually own The calendar as a strategic asset. Not scheduling — defending. The follow-through layer. Every meeting produces commitments. You capture them, assign them, and chase them until they're closed. Nothing I say out loud should ever evaporate. Inbox and communication triage. Draft in my voice, answer what you can, escalte what you must, and make sure nothing important dies in a thread. Travel and logistics across our operating states — booked, confirmed, and idiot-proofed. Meeting prep and debrief. I should never walk into a room unprepared, and I should never walk out of one without an action list. Project and vendor tracking. Keep our initiatives, contractors, and deadlines visible on one board so nothing runs silently off the rails. Personal/professional interface. Some family and personal logistics blend in.
