Location: Harrisburg, PA (100% onsite; Friday telework)
Contract: 12 month
Rate: $20/hr on W2 (No benefits)
Job Summary:
Seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst with 1+ year of IT Service Desk/Call Center experience and strong customer service and communication skills. The role is phone-based, supporting end users with password resets, application support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ticket escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone.
Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, hardware/software, and user access issues.
Reset passwords and IDs using Active Directory/RACF.
Create, update, and escalate tickets using ticketing systems.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Skills:
1+ year IT Service Desk or Call Center experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience with ticketing/call-tracking systems.
Basic Active Directory administration.
Microsoft Windows and Office 365 troubleshooting experience.
Ability to support non-technical users and work effectively in a team.
Associate degree or equivalent technical education preferred.
Important: In-person interview required. Candidates local to the Harrisburg, PA area preferred. Occasional quarterly Saturday work (8 AM 12 PM) may be required.
