Our client, a leading real estate organization is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia. About The Job Support the procurment and contract team with contract administration and supplier management activities Draft, maintain, and process contracts, amendments, and service orders Manage contract execution through DocuSign and maintain contract records Communicate with suppliers to obtain required documentation, including Certificates of Insurance Track supplier communications and support RFx processes Assist with data analysis, reporting, and market research Support procurement operations and general administrative functions About You Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, sourcing, or supplier management Experience reviewing, drafting, and managing contract documents Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience with quality assurance of contract documentation About The Position Start Date: ASAP $25-$27/hr 3-month contract Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Arlington, VA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
