Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client healing and development.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care and comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with clients suffering from a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. The therapist will be equipped to provide compassionate support tailored to the distinct challenges faced by these individuals.

Qualifications\n
