Business Development Representative

Job Opportunity
HomeSmiles is the one-stop shop for safe and healthy property maintenance solutions. We specialize in preventative maintenance solutions. Our bundled package options protect clients and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs. HomeSmiles core services are: Gutter cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Window Washing, and Power Washing.

Each franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchise and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each franchise. All inquiries about employment should be made directly to the franchise location.

What You Get
- Pay Range: Listed pay of $80 to $120 per hour, 100% Commission
- Monthly bonus based upon revenue per appointment
- Set your schedule (e.g., I'm available Tuesdays - Thursdays)
- 80% in-home or apartment complex appointments and 20% work from home
- 50% off all products
- We contact applicants with relevant experience within 48 hours
Responsibilities
- Find and convert leads to clients by conducting community appointments with local businesses and homeowners.
- Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
