We're Hiring: Transactional Attorney | Franchise & Corporate Law

Location: Virginia – Hybrid | Fully Remote (DOE)

\n

\n

I'm currently partnering with an established, nationally recognized boutique law practice seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its growing team.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced franchise attorneys on complex domestic and international transactions, advising established brands and growing businesses across multiple industries.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Draft, review, and negotiate franchise agreements, commercial contracts, and other transactional documents.
\n
• Prepare and review Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
\n
• Advise clients on franchise development, regulatory compliance, and business expansion.
\n
• Handle licensing, distribution, supply chain, and commercial agreements.
\n
• Support corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity-related matters.
\n
• Assist with domestic and international franchise transactions.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
\n
• 3+ years of relevant transactional legal experience.
\n
• Active bar admission in Virginia.
\n
• Experience in franchise law, corporate law, commercial transactions, or business law.
\n

\n

\n

Salary and Other Compensation

\n

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $160,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Additional bonus compensation may also be available.
