Customer Service Representative

Zadok Jewelers, one of the largest family-owned and operated jewelry stores in Texas, is looking for full-time Luxury Customer Service associates to join our amazing and growing team. Job Summary The Luxury Customer Service Associates are responsible for maintaining and enhancing our brand reputation through exceptional customer service. This role involves answering customer questions, resolving issues, intaking repairs, processing sales/check-out procedures, and collaborating with various team members. Primary Duties Answer customer questions and resolve issues. Intake repairs and process special order, sales, and check-out procedures. Provide direction to customers and assist in their needs. Effectively collaborate with the rest of the team, Store Leadership, the Service Repair Coordinator, Bench Jewelers, and Watchmakers. Qualifications and Skills Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication with customers and colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in luxury brands or luxury settings is a plus. Persuasive speaking, empathy, adaptability, and positive language skills. Show willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills. Work Hours Hours are 10am-6pm; Day offs: Sunday and one day in the week. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Customer service experience is required. Computer Skills High proficiency in computer and web literacy is required.
