Corporate Recruiter

TRP Infrastructure Services is a growing infrastructure and construction services company focused on pavement marking, traffic control, airfield striping, and related operations that improve road safety and mobility. Our work supports safer roads and stronger transportation networks, and our continued growth depends on building teams that can deliver reliably across a range of field and corporate functions.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play an important role in helping the company attract and hire talent across multiple divisions. This role is well suited to someone who is energized by fast-moving hiring needs, enjoys building relationships across the business, and wants to make a direct impact on the teams that keep operations moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Source candidates through online recruiting platforms, social media, trade schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and community outreach efforts.
• Lead hiring for field crews, skilled trades and construction roles, high-volume hourly positions, and corporate operations roles across divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers, field supervisors, operations leaders, and department heads to coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting records while supporting reporting, analytics, and compliant hiring practices across multiple states.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required: 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience; experience recruiting for field crews such as pavement marking or traffic control; experience recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles; experience with high-volume hourly recruiting; experience supporting hiring for corporate operations roles; knowledge of multi-state hiring, skilled trades labor markets, and employment compliance; experience with recruiting reporting and analytics; experience partnering with hiring managers, field supervisors, operations leaders, and corporate department heads across divisions; eligible to work in the United States; able to travel occasionally for job fairs and hiring events and regularly across multiple states.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any field; experience with applicant tracking systems; business-fluent English and Spanish.
