Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families to address various emotional and psychological concerns.

• Providing high-quality psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish, ensuring access to diverse patient populations.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and group therapy programs utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care and support for your clients.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and confidentiality requirements.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and families from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage, and Family Studies.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Strong written, oral, and non-verbal communication skills, and the ability to provide bilingual (Spanish and English) psychotherapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with children, adults, and families in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
\n
• Cultural sensitivity with a keen respect for each family's individual needs.
\n
• Competence in utilizing EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools to support patient care.
\n
• A valid Driver's License and car insurance are required.
\n
• Availability to provide telehealth sessions and in-person therapy from the business office.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your application:

• Specialized training in trauma therapy modalities such as EMDR or CBT.

• A defined area of expertise, such as LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Previous experience providing services as an in-network provider for insurance panels.

Compensation and Benefits\n
