Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that are responsive to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to support clients dealing with mental health and addiction issues, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adapting treatment as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele ranging from diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will play a vital role in fostering resilience and promoting healing in clients from various backgrounds, including older adults facing unique life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in California is required.
\n
• Proven experience in therapy, with a minimum of two years’ experience working with clients facing a variety of psychological challenges.

• Strong understanding of diagnoses, therapeutic modalities, and treatment planning.

• Exceptional listening, diagnostic, and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative therapeutic team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
