Inpatient GI in Missouri (MO) | 7on/7off | $100K Sign-on Bonus

A well-established physician-led healthcare organization in the Midwest is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a dedicated inpatient GI team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice inpatient-only Gastroenterology within a collaborative, highly respected medical community while maintaining exceptional work-life balance through a shift-based schedule model.

Position Highlights
• Flexible 7 on/7 off scheduling model with opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Inpatient-only practice with separate outpatient GI group
• Strong collaborative relationship between GI and Emergency Department teams
• Overnight call rarely requires in-person return to hospital
• No RVU pressure

Clinical Practice Details
• Average 10-12 scopes per day
• Advanced procedures welcomed but not required; ERCP equipment already available; EUS capability can be added if desired
• Dedicated inpatient GI APP support Monday-Friday

Compensation & Incentives
• $750,000 guaranteed base salary
• Additional incentive opportunities with APP coverage or additional shifts
• Additional shifts compensated at $3,600 per shift over 14 shifts/month
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• PSLF qualifying employer offering up to $420,000 in student loan forgiveness
• $15,000 relocation assistance
