Your Impact

As a key partner to our Client Services team and retail vendors, you’ll own the success of a major merchandising program—driving performance, efficiency, and results. From shaping SOWs and building KPI frameworks to optimizing coverage models and coordinating training, schedules, and execution—you’ll keep everything running seamlessly.

You’ll also:

• Build strong client and partner relationships
• Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ROI
• Serve as the go-to expert ensuring flawless program execution

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Program Success: Support KPI achievement by managing timelines, aligning on goals, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Plan & Optimize: Partner with Client Services to build program scope, define success metrics, and design efficient coverage models
• Collaborate & Execute: Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless program execution, communication, and results
• Analyze & Elevate: Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to maximize impact and ROI
• Own Program Details: Oversee system updates, quality assurance, and assist with fulfillment needs as required

• Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating business systems
• Solid Foundation: 2+ years of related education or equivalent hands-on experience

Physical Requirements

• Work Setup & Mobility: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and access to a smartphone
• Travel Ready: Valid driver’s license, ability to rent a car under company guidelines, and flexibility to travel locally and nationally as needed
