Position Information Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM Tue 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report security‑related concerns, maintenance issues, or policy violations. Support day‑to‑day operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with security‑related requests in alignment with Allied Universal standards and client site expectations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
