Accounts Receivable Accountant
Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service and contributing to the company's financial success by optimizing the accounts receivable process. - Billing: Preparing invoices and account statements for clients
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Account reconciliation: Verifying and resolving transactions
- Collections: Providing support to customers to collect payments on time
- Financial reporting: Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Analysis: Investigating and resolving irregularities and assisting in financial management
- Accuracy: Ensuring that an organization's financial records are accurate and up to date
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- BS Degree
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and navigating various systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential situations
