The attorney will work on a variety of employment litigation matters, collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies, advocate for clients, and pursue favorable outcomes through negotiation, settlement, and litigation. Active license to practice law in Washington State. At least two years of attorney experience, preferably involving employment law or civil litigation. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with civil litigation procedures, discovery, motion practice, and case management.
