About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Wealth Custody and Clearing Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing global revenue growth strategies, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients and large enterprise wealth management firms. This role demands a passionate individual who is committed to exceptional client outcomes, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of innovation and inclusion. Key responsibilities include revenue leadership, client engagement, sales strategy, product and platform expertise, enterprise integration, and global representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wealth management servicing industry, with a proven track record in enterprise sales, senior sales leadership, and a deep understanding of the wealth landscape. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and have at least 10 years' of enterprise sales experience in relevant financial services. A preference for FINRA Series 24 accreditation and a strong commercial acumen, including experience with forecasting, pipeline analytics, and CRM platforms, is also noted. The role requires a candidate with exceptional sales leadership skills, the ability to manage complex sales processes, and a customer-oriented approach. The successful candidate will be expected to travel internationally as needed and must be adept at representing the company at industry events.
