About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Wealth Custody and Clearing Sales. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving and executing global revenue growth strategies, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients and large enterprise wealth management firms. This role demands a passionate individual with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the wealth management and financial services technology sectors. The Managing Director will be responsible for revenue leadership, client engagement, and sales strategy, including the cultivation of strategic partnerships and the management of the full sales cycle. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 10 years' of enterprise sales experience. A deep understanding of the wealth landscape, including the commercial, operational, and regulatory priorities of wealth managers, registered investment advisors, private banks, and broker-dealers, is essential. The role requires a candidate with exceptional sales leadership skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, innovative, and possess a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRD Wealth and experience with third-party platform integrations for enterprise wealth management are also necessary. The role involves global representation, so the candidate must be willing to travel internationally as needed.
