We're looking for a Remote Leasing Agent who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and guiding prospective renters through the leasing process. This is a full-time, work-from-home, US-based role with a strong focus on high-volume outbound calling , lead follow-up, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to prospective residents who have expressed interest in available apartments. Follow up with new, active, and older leads through phone calls, SMS, and email. Answer questions about available properties and the leasing process. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate property tours. Guide prospective renters through the application process and next steps. Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets . Update prospect information and activity in CRM and property management systems. Coordinate with onsite property teams regarding unit availability and prospect inquiries. Follow established leasing workflows and consistently meet daily and weekly performance goals. What You'll Bring Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience in a call center, customer service, sales, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day. Professional, confident, and friendly phone presence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience using CRM platforms and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow structured processes with minimal supervision. Bonus Points If You Have Previous apartment leasing or property management experience. Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, RentCafe, Knock , or similar systems.
