divh2Transportation Call Center Admin/h2pMaintain and update student transportation databases, including bus routes, schedules, and eligibility status./ppReview and close out incident reports using ServiceNow (SNOW) system./ppMonitor bus locations via GPS to improve routing efficiency and ensure timely service./ppCollaborate with school staff, parents, and vendors to resolve transportation issues and provide timely communication./ppAssist in the coordination and execution of school field trips./ppProcess and manage MetroCard/OMNY card distribution and records./ppCoordinate rideshare services for students as needed./ppSupport reimbursement and procurement-related tasks./ppAssist in incident management of transportation assets and vehicles, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting./ppProvide support in employee workforce management./ppRespond to and manage incidents, ensuring documentation and follow-up./ppPerform data entry tasks./ppProvide general administrative support and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned./ppProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)/ppComputer savvy/ppCustomer service experience/ppAttentive to detail/ppAbility to multitask/ppAbility to communicate clearly verbally and written/ppExperience working with confidential data or information/ppA collaborative and team-oriented mindset/ppInterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
