We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Office Manager to join our team and support our mission to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and accurate management of financial records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of business office functions and effective communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a business office or similar setting
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
