Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $136,822 to $179,379, based on experience
• Up to $10,000 annual incentive through QVIP

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive trauma and emergency surgical care overnight
• Manage trauma admissions and inpatient cases with autonomous practice
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR
• Support quality, safety, and performance initiatives in trauma surgery
• Engage in professional development and leadership opportunities as available

What You Need:

• Valid Colorado medical license and current certifications (ACLs, BLS)
• At least 2 years of trauma or surgical experience, or completion of a surgical fellowship
• Strong clinical skills in trauma and acute care surgery
• Ability to work independently and handle complex cases effectively
