Seasonal Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Recruit & engage candidates through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct interviews & evaluate applicants for available opportunities
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Complete employment paperwork accurately & ensure compliance
• Schedule interviews, orientations, & start dates
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure a positive onboarding experience Enter and maintain applicant information in recruiting systems
• Partner with team members to help meet hiring goals & staffing needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service to applicants & clients

Seasonal Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator Qualifications:

• Enjoys working with people & building relationships
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational & time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Customer service, recruiting, HR, administrative, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
