A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR - PROJECT MANAGER

As a Construction Estimator - Project Manager, you are an integral part of our team as you manage the timely completion of projects within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients. On a day-to-day basis, you manage multiple jobs simultaneously, from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of our projects are running smoothly.

You conduct site visits, prepare estimates, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and work closely with the client to keep them updated and make sure their needs are being met. As jobs progress, you coordinate with office staff and upper management to ensure that we are staying on schedule and within budget. We are excited to have you join our team and work on exciting construction projects that will contribute to the growth of our company and the community at large!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs

To be successful in this position, you need to be analytically minded and a great problem solver. We are seeking applicants with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you need to have strong organizational and time management skills. If you can meet these requirements, you might just be perfect for this estimating job!

WORK SCHEDULE

This project management position is full-time and typically works from 8 AM - 5 PM .
