Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Behavior Specialist
• Prior background in case management and positive behavioral support, especially within a behavior inclusion program
• Familiarity with elementary students and multidisciplinary educational teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead behavior inclusion programming in an elementary setting for students with disabilities
• Oversee a classroom of 12-15 students, managing cases and providing direct behavioral redirection/reinforcement
• Collaborate across grade levels, adapting strategies to meet individualized student needs
• Contribute to a culture of growth, encouragement, and educational excellence
