Administrative Bookkeeping Coordinator

$23 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional Administrative Bookkeeping Coordinator to support our office operations for our Brentwood team. This role is a hybrid mix of essential financial functions and general office administration.The ideal candidate is someone who can balance the precision required for bookkeeping with the flexibility needed to keep a professional office running smoothly. This position is part-time, working in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. 

salary: $23 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Support

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly billing reports to leadership.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems.
Administrative Operations

  • Production: Coordinate the printing, assembly, and professional binding of technical reports and client presentations.
  • Office Logistics: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight shipping and courier services.
  • Hospitality: Coordinate lunch orders and catering for office meetings or client visits.
  • Inventory: Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies to ensure the team has what they need to be productive.
  • General Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the team, including occasional scheduling or document formatting.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (high-volume printers, binding machines).
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on deadlines.
