Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in Telemetry or a comparable acute care specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients requiring cardiac telemetry, evaluating rhythm changes and providing timely intervention
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and care procedures as needed
• Document observations, nursing interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the medical records system
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered environment in compliance with regulatory and hospital guidelines
