Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven, evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate continuously with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and seamless care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to support clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for enhancing treatment effectiveness and client outcomes.

Your expertise will help serve a diverse client population including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Hearts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
