Second Shift Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain a single machine while ensuring the production of high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision measuring instruments and be able to follow manufacturing guidelines to meet exact specifications. Location: Newton NC Pay Range: $18.00/HR Shift: (2nd) 2:00PM – 10:00PM Key Responsibilities: Operate a machine to produce parts with precise shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and other machining functions. Use precision measuring instruments to maintain accuracy and quality standards. Determine proper feeds and speeds to achieve optimal machining results. Set up and maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations. What’s in it for me?
