Position Details:
- Paid weekly - We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance — not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base (30.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.

- Solid Training - We have been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone does not decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field. Since most reps start with no experience, they like the fact they start with people they know and build referrals with people they trust.

- Flexible Schedules - We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work a part time schedule, while others are looking for flexible work around other commitments such as their full time jobs, internships, sport commitments, classes, or family obligations. Talk to the manager about our seasonal work opportunity, if you are only looking for temporary work for the holidays.

- Location - Sales reps work from home and locally after training, meetings and training are usually held in the office.

- Advancement - Reps who work here long term (even if they work part time) have an opportunity to move along several different paths including management and career sales professional.
