You've led a team before, or you've been the stylist everyone else looks to and you're ready to lead one. At Sport Clips Mansfield, the Store Manager runs the business: the team, the numbers, the client experience. You get real authority, real support from an Area Manager who wants you to win, and pay that goes up when the store does.


What you'll make

• $30-$44/hr base as a working manager - you're still behind the chair part of the week, so tips are yours too
• Monthly Manager Bonus tied to the numbers you control: client count, MVP upgrades, product sales, and client satisfaction
• Quarterly Team Bonus when the store hits its goal - every hour, for you and your team
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate
• Paid manager training, ongoing leadership development, and a clear path to Area Manager

What you'll do

• Own the store's results: client count, wait times, retail, and client satisfaction scores
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of stylists - and keep the good ones
• Run the daily rhythm: opens, closes, huddles, inventory, and payroll accuracy
• Set the standard behind the chair and on the floor for the MVP experience
• Read the numbers weekly and act on them - you'll have the reports and the backing to make changes

What we're looking for

• Active Massachusetts cosmetology or barber license
• Salon or barbershop leadership experience preferred - Assistant Managers ready for their own store are encouraged to apply
• You hold people accountable and they still like working for you
• Comfortable with numbers: you know what drives a store and you want to be measured on it
• Reliable and available for the shifts that matter, including weekends
