Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to connecting talented veterinary professionals with opportunities across our network while providing a personalized, high-quality experience throughout the recruiting process.We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role provides critical coordination and operational support across candidate experience, campus recruiting, conferences and events, reporting, and recruiting systems.The ideal candidate brings previous Talent Acquisition experience, strong knowledge of Workday, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Operations, Onboarding, and other cross-functional partners to support efficient and consistent recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and internal partners.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate SupportCoordinate travel and logistics for DVM candidate practice visits, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other accommodations.Create, maintain, and update candidate-facing resources, including candidate guidebooks, visit FAQs, and supporting materials.Partner with recruiters and practice teams to help deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview and practice visit process.Support DVM candidate gifting and other candidate experience initiatives.Troubleshoot travel or logistical issues and assist with last-minute changes as needed.Campus & Externship SupportSupport veterinary student externship coordination, including initial outreach, follow-up, and ongoing communication.Maintain externship trackers and provide visibility into externship activity and status.Support invoice processing and administrative documentation associated with externships and campus recruiting.Coordinate registration and facilitation for CVM career fairs and other campus recruiting activities.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support a consistent and engaging student experience.Conference & Event SupportSupport recruiting conferences and large-scale events, career fairs, and other Talent Acquisition programs.Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, room blocks, meeting spaces, vendors, materials, and team schedules.Develop and maintain event guidebooks, FAQs, and other supporting resources for attending team members.Provide event support as needed to help ensure smooth execution.Reporting SupportDistribute recurring Workday recruiting reports on a weekly and monthly basis.Support reporting cadence and visibility for Talent Acquisition and field partners.Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and recruiting operational resources.Assist with the organization and distribution of recruiting information to appropriate stakeholders.Support recurring Talent Acquisition reporting needs and administrative processes.Systems SupportProvide day-to-day support for recruiting and hiring processes within Workday, helping ensure established workflows are completed accurately and timely.Support Workday offer and hiring processes across designated roles and recruiting workflows.Monitor hiring and onboarding tasks for missing or incomplete information, including start dates, compensation details, required documentation, and manager actions.Support ongoing process improvements designed to create greater consistency, efficiency, and visibility across Talent Acquisition.Qualifications2–4 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or related experience required.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday experience required, preferably within Workday Recruiting, candidate management, offers, or hiring workflows.Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and the candidate lifecycle from application through hire.Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Talent Acquisition, Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams.Strong follow-through with the ability to identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive items through completion.Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or engage additional partners.Strong partnership mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in San Antonio, TX and will follow a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $65,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience (BOE).At AmeriVet, we're committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
