About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Sales, Rentals to spearhead the expansion into the corporate AV market. This newly created role is pivotal in driving growth by leveraging established industry relationships to generate new revenue streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for targeting sectors such as corporate events, production, and enterprise live events, and will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy within a fast-paced, short-cycle environment. The position offers the opportunity to build and scale a corporate AV rental function, with a focus on influencing inventory investment decisions and making a direct commercial impact. To excel in this role, candidates must have a proven track record in selling AV solutions within rental businesses or similar corporate AV environments. Deep sales experience, particularly in generating multi-million-dollar annual revenue through direct client relationships, is essential. A strong network within the corporate AV market, including connections across various industries such as hospitality, pharmaceuticals, technology, financial services, and event agencies, is also a key requirement. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive a new vertical and is suited to individuals who are adept at business development, sales strategy, and are passionate about revenue growth in the AV solutions space.
