Vice President of Event Production

Leading the overall production function, the remote Vice President of Event Production will oversee live conferences, virtual experiences, and digital content programs while managing a multi-layered team and shaping strategies for audience engagement and production quality. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality experiences across various event formats Manage and develop a team focused on live event production, digital production, and logistics Partner with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure consistent execution across programs Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in event production or audience experience functions within healthcare or related industries Proven background overseeing large-scale conferences, events, and digital content experiences Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders Experience managing multi-million-dollar production budgets with a focus on quality and efficiency Familiarity with event, CRM, and project management platforms such as Cvent or Salesforce
