Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their home while maintaining a flexible schedule tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to determine their mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop interdisciplinary care plans that best address each patient's psychological, social, educational, and safety needs. Engage in regular documentation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness, participate in team meetings, and provide input during patient care discussions. Guide clients through case management processes by liaising with hospital and community programs, ensuring a thorough and supportive approach to their care. Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation, maintaining adherence to the department’s standards and practices. Patient Population / Client Focus You will be serving a diverse patient population who seek mental health services through an outpatient telehealth model. Clients may range from adolescents facing transitional challenges to adults managing chronic mental health conditions. Your expertise as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will play a critical role in providing them compassionate care and effective therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Candidates must possess an active license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health therapy. Candidates should be available to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, providing flexibility in both scheduling and caseload management. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and experience in outpatient settings will be given preference. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for mental health care, are essential for this role. Compensation and Benefits Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
