Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual therapy to clients via secure video chat.

• Employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques to address client concerns effectively.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that cater to the goals and needs of each individual client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting various mental health issues. Each client will come with unique backgrounds and experiences, and part of your role will be to foster an environment of trust and safety where they feel comfortable expressing their concerns. Your goal will be to aid them in gaining clarity and effective coping strategies while striving for overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, independent license to practice, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No disciplinary actions or limitations related to your licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and understanding.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate our telehealth platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, candidates with prior telehealth experience or those who have worked with similar patient populations will be preferred. Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques will also be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional financial incentives include:
