Clinical Implementation Specialist

Owning the end-to-end delivery of high-quality clinical study builds, the full-time Clinical Implementation Specialist will act as a proactive consultant to clients, leveraging product expertise to optimize protocols and streamline workflows in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the consultation phase and manage the build configuration lifecycle, addressing technical bottlenecks early in the process Efficiently manage scope and timeline parameters while collaborating with project management on client requests Guide client stakeholders through user acceptance testing, resolving complex technical queries as the primary subject matter expert Required qualifications Proven track record in the pharma, CRO, or eClinical software sector Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and standard clinical data management structures Direct experience with study operations, nursing, or clinical site administration Solid analytical skills related to software configuration and exposure to automated tools or AI-driven workflows Familiarity with clinical guidelines, including ICH-GCP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
