About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Partner Management to oversee and expand relationships with law firms, with a focus on both referral and direct partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these relationships, from initial outreach to ongoing optimization. This includes collaborating with fund formation attorneys to enhance platform adoption, conducting tailored software demonstrations, and training legal teams on the value of digitized workflows. The role also involves optimizing partnership performance through regular reviews, reporting, and outreach initiatives, as well as coordinating with internal teams to manage partner data and ensure seamless lead flow. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a strong academic background, at least 7 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or client-facing roles, and a background in LegalTech, FinTech, or private markets is preferred. The role requires exceptional communication skills, an operational mindset, and a proven ability to present and demo software effectively to diverse audiences. The Vice President will be expected to have strong organizational skills to manage partner data and lead flow efficiently, and a willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and partner engagements. The position is pivotal in contributing to the development of systems and materials that support scalable partnerships and in ensuring the accuracy of partner data and lead coordination within CRM systems.
