Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them through their practical experiences and integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice.

• Deliver effective psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, community organizations, and support systems to offer holistic care that enhances client outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are responsive to client progress and any changes in their needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Valid State License: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, along with a Master’s degree required for proper licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
