responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate end-to-end sample logistics, tracking project progress, shipments, and documentation across global teams.
• Manage project records, documentation, and backlogs within Salesforce CRM, Kanban, and internal systems.
• Organize and participate in study design calls, final alignment sessions, and bi-weekly pipeline planning meetings.
• Support process coordination and quality initiatives using RMT+ document management and QMS standard operating procedures.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field or equivalent experience.
• Proven project coordination or project management experience, preferably within Biotech or Pharma.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and documentation management systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with sample logistics coordination or laboratory workflows handling large sample sets.
• Familiarity with RMT+, Kanban methodology, and QMS environment processes.
