In this engaging position, you’ll work one-on-one with a dedicated caseload of 9th-12th grade students, guiding their success both academically and within their Individualized Education Plans. Your expertise in both Special Education and case management will be at the forefront, especially as you provide critical support in mathematics.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching certificate in Special Education.
• Proven experience with high school caseloads, especially serving students in grades 9-12.
• Strong background in math instruction and delivering effective strategies to diverse learners.
• Effective case management skills, including writing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with staff and families, and ensuring compliance.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Work onsite full time during the academic year, providing direct instruction and case management services.
• Deliver individualized math support and interventions for students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring accommodations and modifications are met.
• Engage and collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service staff to promote student progress.
• Manage documentation, data collection, and reporting in compliance with state and federal regulations.
