Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Miami FL and provide support. This is a long term opportunity with the duration of a year with the possibility of extension. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform IMACD tasks
- Provide break/fix support
- Stage build image configure and deploy endpoints
- Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
- Support asset handling
- Perform ticket updates
- Provide end-user support
- Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests
- Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records
- Assist to coordinate escalations
